Appointment to Group Manager, Insolvency and Trustee Service

Mandy McDonald has been appointed Group Manager of the Insolvency and Trustee Service and took up her role on 21 December 2009.

Prior to this she had Deputy Secretary roles in the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Defence in policy and corporate areas. Earlier in her career she worked for the Commercial Affairs Division of the Department of Justice, which encompassed the Official Assignee's office.

Mandy has BA/LLB(Hons) and LLM degrees from Victoria University of Wellington.
