Statistics on gas and electrical accidents reported to Energy Safety

One of the key functions of Energy Safety is to investigate reported electrical and gas accidents, with a view to improving safety through enforcement, changes to the regulatory regime and education.
The following table shows the number of notifiable reported accidents (including fatal accidents) to Energy Safety in the past three years.
This summary takes into account the latest information available at the time of preparation of this table and we recommend you contact Energy Safety on 0508 ESS INFO (377 4636) for any updates.
