Exemptions from financial reporting obligations under the Financial Reporting Amendment Act 2006
On 18 June 2007 section 10A of the Financial Reporting Act 1993 (the FRA) came into force. Section 10A covers entities that were non-active in the immediately past accounting period. It applies to accounting periods current as at 18 June 2007 and accounting periods with a balance date after 18 June.
