Infringement Notices - Financial Reporting Act 1993
The Financial Reporting Amendment Act 2006 introduced various amendments to the Financial Reporting Act 1993 (FRA). One of the amendments provides the Registrar of Companies (the Registrar) with the option of issuing an infringement notice to each director of a company that has failed to meet its filing obligations regarding financial statements.
