As a result of the decision by Assistant Commissioner Walden in Trade Mark Application no. 719707, representation only, in Class 9 (T1/2006) 16 January 2006, the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand proposes to allow convention priority dates to be corrected to an earlier date under section 37(2)(b) of the Trade Marks Act 2002.
