Ministry seeks comments on draft Radio Operator Certificate and Callsign Rules

The manual of radio operator certificate and callsign rules (PIB 46) has been revised.

A new Edition 8 draft can be found on the RSM website http://www.rsm.govt.nz/cms/resource-library/publications/approved-persons/pib-46.

While there are quite a few changes, especially in regard to the amateur service, they are largely in the nature of clarification of existing provisions.
