1 February 2010 engineering rules for spectrum licence certification

Following consultation, Public Information Brochure 39 (PIB 39) has been finalised and published on the Ministry’s website.
PIB 39 covers engineering rules and information for approved radio engineers on the certification of spectrum licences in Crown management rights.
From 1 February 2010, certification of all licences in crown management rights must be in accordance with this document.
